In the event of cancellation, orders for components illustrated, but not priced, or for items
which are not shown on this website, will be charged according to the stage of production
reached - no exceptions to this will be made.
Advice of faulty goods must be received within 8 weeks of receipt, otherwise the company
will not accept liability.
The date of receipt and the invoice number will be required plus an explanatory note informing
the Company as to the reason for rejection.
Goods ordered in excess or error may only be returned with the Company’s approval.
goods returned will normally be subject to a 10% administration charge.
In the event of non-delivery, breakage or damage, no claim can be entertained unless notice
reaches us within 14 days of date of despatch. Always sign Carrier’s note ‘Unexamined’.

any Debit / Credit card details all card details are destroyed after transaction.
J Collins & Co Ltd does not share its customer details with any other businesses.
We use Royal mail or Fedex to deliver our goods which ever is the best value at the time of delivery.
If the goods are a stock item and are in stock we endeavour to dispatch within one or two days of
receipt of order.
Some items we make up to order so may take longer we will advise. If the time frame is not acceptable
we will refund any money paid in full.
Every effort will be made to supply the exact quantity ordered, but in the event of overs/unders
the invoice will not be subject to discount or compensation.
All goods remain the property of J Collins & Co Ltd until paid in full.
In the unlikely event of a dispute all claims to be resolved under English law.
J Collins & Co Ltd accept no responsibility for delay, loss or damage caused by circumstances
beyond their control
Nothing in these terms affects or limits our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation.

On cancellation for whatever reason, you must return the goods to us at your cost.
Where the goods are being returned because they are faulty, we will meet the cost of return.
